Recalling that the open calls will be executed respecting the new established schedules and sequential orders in an increasing way.

We at TFX Startup International value the continuous improvement of our processes in order to deliver the best possible experience with our products and services. From April 25, 2020, our support, known as Support Center, will work with reduced hours, Monday to Friday - 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM Brasilia Time (UTC -03: 00).

With this change, we will no longer attend on weekends. On the other hand, we understand that, from time to time, unforeseen events arise that need to be addressed, The Platinum Service will handle exceptional cases and subject to analysis.
