Exactly in January 23, 2016, comes our company, TFX, which at the time did not have the extension "International" in the name of the company. However, since the creation of the company, the culture of creating solutions that have a global reach was already present.
As a result, a few days later, the "International" extension was added and we got the first 5 customers with our Cloud Computing product.
After the company was created, all Products and Services that were already being developed before began to begin to operate partially. However, exactly in the first and second half of 2017, it was the hardest period of the company's history. All structured operations were almost lost due to the economic scenario in Brazil and the high exchange rate mainly from the dollar USD.
Still in the year 2017, it was necessary to minimize all expenditures and increase the margin and renegotiate with national and international partners. As an extreme measure of reduction, even the distribution of profits to the Founder and CEO was suspended at that time. The goal was to increase the number of all digital sales to get around the economic downturn.
In 2018, we were able to overcome all major challenges and become more solid in the market, with support for international service in 4 languages and ever-improving solutions, the number of customers was only increasing. Many companies and competitors unfortunately failed to do the same and came to bankruptcy.
At the end of 2018 and until the second half of 2019, the company began to see that demands began to change and it would be necessary to reinvent the entire hub of solutions offered to the international market, including a change of look, branding, segmentation, customer service and more!
